Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, all sales are final unless there is an error on our end.

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments may be provided if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • You receive the wrong size that differs from your order
  • You receive the wrong color
  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed, typically within 24 hours.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

If you accidentally entered:

  • The wrong size
  • The wrong color
  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Any other order mistake

Please contact us immediately at support@cancelproof.com and we will do our best to help before production starts.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping provider.

Unfortunately, Cancel Proof is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as shipped.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and submit a claim according to their procedures.

For USPS shipments, it is recommended that customers wait up to 15 days before assuming a package is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cancel Proof is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
